Minimum qualifications:
- Experience in employee relations management roles.
- Experience conducting and advising on grievances/disciplinaries under procedures applicable within the UK, Ireland, and one or more countries in EMEA.
- Experience in managing a team.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience organizing and analyzing data.
- Experience advising on employee relations including restructuring, performance, and sickness management.
- Experience with employment law principles in the UK, Ireland, and one or more countries in EMEA.

Responsibilities
- Manage any appeals/escalations coming out of the investigations process are handled in a fair and timely manner and in line with local legal requirements.
- Ensure the team provides pragmatic advice and counsel to people partners and people consultants on a wide range of employee relations issues in EMEA.
- Provide timely and effective guidance to people partners, people consultants, and the business on reorganizations and restructuring within EMEA and those encompassing EMEA countries.
