Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of experience working in business development, partnership management, or a role with a partner-facing component
- Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish or Portuguese fluently
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in a distributed, cross-functional team
- Experience working with legal agreements
- Experience within the travel space
- Ability to navigate through the technology behind complex products
- Ability to action and complete tasks
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to provide insightful, data-driven, and strategic recommendations

Google’s line of products and services to our clients never stops growing. The Partnerships Development team is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google’s partners. Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google’s newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce.
Google’s Global Partnerships organization works with a wide range of external partners to help build Google products through product-enabling relationships (e.g., data licensing, content partnerships, API/platform integrations, and technology licensing). In this role, you will enable areas including Search, Google Assistant, Maps, Local, Research and Machine Intelligence, Developer Products, Google Lens, Social Impact, Google Shopping, Travel, Google Ads, Web, and Core.
In this role, you will partner to build helpful and locally relevant products for the region, drive sustainable value for Google, and have a positive impact on ecosystems and society.
In this role, you will be responsible for partnership activities and cross-functional coordination to enable and maintain experiences for Google’s Travel Products, including Flights, Hotels, and Things to Do.

Our team provides meaningful solutions — from helping publishers and developers grow their businesses through monetization solutions, to helping our long-term partners anticipate and navigate change in a way that delivers economic and reputational value. We build and distribute products through partnerships across a multitude of product areas, including Ads, Search & Assistant, Geo, Platforms & Ecosystems, Devices & Services, Health, Retail, Payments, Next Billion Users, and more. We collaborate across Google, ensuring a coordinated approach when engaging with our most complex and strategic partners.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Product and other cross-functional teams to drive user value, and drive Travel partnerships from concept to launch, to ongoing partner management.
- Manage coordination with internal cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Policy, Public Relations, Marketing, Legal, Operations, Finance) and other Business Development teams, including regional counterparts around the world, and support cross-functional initiatives.
- Understand product launches, plans, and implications for Google and its partners, and contribute to related communication.
- Design and implement processes and policies to improve Google’s ability to partner at scale, and ensure partners are fulfilling their contractual obligations and that Google is providing the required support for them.
