Minimum qualifications:
- Experience in Project Management and execution
- Experience with Vendor Management, Vendor Agreements, and Vendor Operations
- Experience in Data Analytics
Preferred qualifications:
- PMP, Prince2, and/or SCRUM certification
- Experience in IT Consulting and/or Technical Account Management
- Ability to process large amounts of data and derive insights to drive business strategies and decisions
- Ability to present analysis and complex concepts to multiple audiences
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities
- Identify and implement improvements in both tactical process and strategic direction of global vendor operations in the IT support (TechStop) Delivery organization.
- Drive business results by tracking key operational metrics, identifying process improvement opportunities, and managing strategic project plans to completion.
- Manage vendor performance and deliver excellent services to a global customer base. Ensure high quality delivery by putting in place the right processes, metrics, vendor contracts, quality frameworks, workflow documentation, and more.
- Design and implement service management in the areas that are/will be transitioned to professional services.
