Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
10 years of experience in program management, business operations, strategy, business development, or related functions
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in project management with the ability to define projects and execute within timelines and across multiple stakeholders.
Experience with product or program operations.
Understand data insights, sheets, and plx reporting with analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and organizational skills.
Ability to establish priorities, work with ambiguity, manage multiple projects, and build relationships to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries.
Ability to quickly learn and work with emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud and information technology space
Ability to build and maintain constructive working relationships with a diverse community internally and externally with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

You will oversee all aspects of the Google Cloud sales process, improving it with your insightful data analysis, troubleshooting, and seamless cross-functional teamwork. Your strategies ensure that companies new to Google products get the highest quality customer support and that the Google Cloud program overall is kept on the cutting edge.
As a Solutions Engineering Program Manager, you will work closely with Google Cloud Solutions to drive prioritized customer solutions on the Google Cloud Platform. You will focus on Security in the news cycle with prominent Ransomware attacks, Cybersecurity incidents, and the call for further investment in this space.
You will work with the Commercialization, Solution, and cross-functional go-to-market teams to drive the process for launching and growing (e.g., sales plays, pricing bundles, offer creation, and funding, and related approval functions). You will drive reporting on solutions pipeline and success that enables us to assess marketplace and customer traction with solutions.

Oversee a portfolio of projects and programs for timely and high quality delivery.
Develop Go To Market (GTM) plans in tight collaboration with Solution Managers (SMs) for prioritized Solutions Engineering programs. Build the plan and collaborate with each worldwide region to ensure alignment in, capture commitments from, and scale across each region and functional team, including the partner organizations.
Identify and lead initiatives to launch and improve solutions, establish success criteria and measurement, and scale our GTM plans through a community of collaborating teams.
Measure and identify insights, collaborate with SMs and stakeholders to create insights on key business metrics, using consistent data for multiple reporting purposes. Establish and report on financial and OKR tracking, in partnership with regional leaders. Evaluate gaps in the process and outcomes, and evolve quarter to quarter.
