Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience solving problems in an analytical-based role, using SQL or other database query language.
- Experience driving analysis projects from inception to completion.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to be data-driven and highly analytical.
- Ability to understand the implications of data analysis and build a story from data.
- Ability to communicate with technical teams.
- Quantitative analysis skills.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) team ensures Google’s complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting GTM strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy.
The Strategy and Operations organization focuses on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
In this role, you’ll provide business critical insights using analytics to the wider GTM and Sales teams across Search, Apps, Retail, and more. You’ll ensure the cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and help teams to drive strategic partnerships and initiatives forward.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google’s complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain strategic solutions (e.g., dashboards, reports, trackers) that assess and measure customer-centric initiatives and results.
- Identify, link, and analyze large datasets that capture the efficiency and effectiveness of current sales operations in EMEA.
- Surface insights to inform GTM strategy through gathering/synthesizing data, leading analyses, and developing final recommendations across the entire sales cycle.
- Develop metrics and dashboards that enable Sales Executives and wider GTM teams to manage our business in EMEA.
- Work with in-country and other regional teams to generate insights that will accelerate and inform critical strategic, organizational, and operational initiatives and decisions.
