Experience with qualifying and closing agreements in the Mid-Market segment.
Ability to speak and write English and German fluently.

Experience working with customers at different stages of the sales cycle.
Experience developing partnerships, leading strategic initiatives, and structuring and discussing complex agreements at the executive level.
Demonstrated organizational and project management abilities.
Excellent goal-oriented, detail-oriented and problem-solving skills, with the ability to have a strategic perspective.

As a member of the New Business Development team, you will develop new product initiatives with our Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Partnerships teams. You will be a leader who can find, digest, and share industry trends and key influencers. You’ll open doors with potential partners, chat with them about their businesses, and present these opportunities to our executive leaders. In doing so, you will help discover and shape some of Google’s ventures.

Responsibilities
Manage opportunities through the entire cycle simultaneously, working with cross-functional teams, and serving as the primary customer contact for all adoption-related activities.
Deliver against assigned strategic goals while prioritizing an outstanding customer experience to customers and prospects.
Drive business development, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.
Work with our Customer Engineers and trusted Google Cloud Partners as a critical member of the sales team to maximize business results and develop opportunities with small and medium businesses.
Engage and implement regional strategy to support the business growth goals.
