The User Support team is the backbone of the Human Resources Operations organization, delivering exceptional experiences to our users. This team runs global operations and builds a framework to manage user queries and processes in a scalable and efficient way. The User Support function relies on metrics and insights to drive thoughtful workforce planning, make recommendations for program improvements, and deliver consistent and reliable support around the globe.
In this role, you will support the Googler Operations team, a critical component of our service delivery operations to Googlers on the frontlines of verticals like benefits, payroll, and compliance.

Responsibilities
- Deliver above and beyond operational excellence, in line with assigned service goals, identifying opportunities to improve and scale.
- Implement and execute on service delivery improvements and new process/scope changes.
- Act as the voice of the user, surfacing relevant user feedback to the Partner Support team. Collaborate on initiatives to address user needs, including consulting on content, process, and policy improvements.
- Develop expertise in the systems supporting HR Operations service areas, troubleshooting day-to-day issues, and consulting with partners on changes to systems infrastructure.
- Resolve and prioritize complex or sensitive user issues through consultation with vendors and deep collaboration with partner support.
