Google Looking for Business Program Manager, Sales Enablement, Google Cloud (English) at Ciudad de México, México Full Time

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in sales or sales enablement.
• Experience in training needs identification, developing and executing sales enablement programs.
• Experience working with enterprise sales and Go-To-Market processes.
• Ability to communicate in English fluently as this role requires communication with US and Canada based partners in English.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Business, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Solutions, Legal, Finance, Delivery, Customer Support, etc.), working with minimal direction.
• Experience in a technology/Software as a Service (SaaS) environment, global system integrator or public cloud provider.
• Experience building enablement content for Go-To-Market (GTM) promoters.
• Knowledge of a cloud technology platform.
• Ability to be a strategic thinker that can take broad concepts and develop structured plans, actions, and measurable metrics, and implement those plans into action.

In this role, you will be focused on prioritizing, designing, and executing enablement programs for all Go-To-Market (GTM) business teams that help motivate the Business Enablement global priorities. You will manage programs that span across Google Cloud Platform product and solution areas, industry and technical expertise building, and the standardized operational rhythm of business.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate best practices, and simplify and accelerate regional enablement to help business teams navigate Google Cloud and drive the opportunity.
• Empower business teams to smoothly interface with all business growth content and tools.
• Define the focus areas, translating them into initiatives and driving their execution globally. Map a persona based view of business team enablement needs, leading the development of curriculum for in-person, e-learning, and other assets for business and technical excellence and overview training.
• Build stakeholder relationships and collaboration across global and regional teams to drive business enablement best practices in the Google Cloud business organization.
