• Supervising funeral home visitation times.
• Transporting the deceased to the funeral home.
• Preparing the parlor or chapel by cleaning, setting up lights and chairs, and arranging flowers for viewings and services.
• Assisting guests arriving at funerals by showing them where to park and leading them to the parlor or chapel area.
• Ensuring adherence to the funeral wishes of the bereaved family.
• Driving the hearse to the gravesite, chapel, or parlor.
• Cleaning funeral equipment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• After school
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Self-determined schedule
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Edison, NJ: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver’s License (Preferred)
