Reporting to the Regional Services Representative, you will be responsible for a variety of clerical duties in the Yorkton Regional Office. Your responsibilities will include providing receptionist duties, assisting clients with general information, and directing clients to appropriate agencies. You will type correspondence and other documents as required. In addition to performing general office duties, you will receive, sort and distribute incoming mail; coordinate outgoing mail; and perform other duties as assigned by the Regional Services Representative. In this part-time position, you will work an average of two days per week with additional days and/or hours varying week to week in accordance with operational needs.
Our candidate of choice will be a strong team player and a self-starter. You will have strong computer skills to create accurate, visually-pleasing documents using a variety of software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You will be familiar with and effective at implementing office management practices and procedures. You will require the ability to prioritize and accurately complete multiple tasks.
