We are looking for an organized, energetic, motivated individual to provide leadership to support staff as well as coordination of Lloydminster office. You will provide direct and functional supervision to support staff. You will determine clerical needs, prepare job descriptions and complete the staffing process, provide orientation, evaluate performance, determine training needs, recommend leaves and participate as a team member within the office environment and in staff meetings. You will also be involved with Human Resources, Accounting, Accommodation Services, SaskBuilds & Procurement, and other divisions/branches/agencies as required. You will ensure provision of appropriate supplies/equipment for staff in the office, as well as working with other programs to determine needs and provide if within your scope, or work with other divisions when necessary to refer requests to appropriate area.
Your knowledge of office administrative procedures and policy, protocols, records management, budget processes, filing systems, office equipment, computer applications and material acquisitions and your ability to establish and maintain open and honest work relationships with a variety of other individuals will be key to your success in this position.
