The Enterprise Projects and IT Services Branch is seeking a highly motivated, innovative, and customer service professional for the position of a Linkin Support Analyst. In this position you will function as part of a team that will provide the first level of business system support to frontline users of the Income Support systems, including MiCase, Business Centreal, SWIN, and COMS. You will be responsible to work with Ministry program areas to troubleshoot applications problems, working with SaskBuilds and Procurement as well as 3rd Party partners as needed. You will also assist with fixing application defects, planning and implementing system enhancements, and working towards decommissioning systems that are no longer required. Responsibility will include problem solving, requirements gathering, and testing of system enhancements. This position acts as the liaison between the business and the Information Technology service provider(s) to ensure production systems are running efficiently and effectively.

The successful candidate will have strong communication and analytical skills, as well as an interest in software solutions. Knowledge of Social Services programs, processes and procedures would be an asset.
