GPC Hiring for Personal Assistant Job at Donnybrook , Ireland Full Time

Personal Assistant required for a highly reputable developer to work in their head office in Dublin 4. The successful Personal Assistant will work directly for the CEO to provide administrative support, on a one-to-one basis. The role will include being a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls, organising diaries, keeping notes, scheduling meetings assisting with travel trips. The PA for this role can expect to enjoy a busy but varied day.

Duties:

• Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
• Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments.
• Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
• Organising events and conferences.
• Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
• Managing databases and filing systems.
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.

Salary:

• Basic salary circa €40-€50 DOE
