Mid-Level Full-Stack Engineer

Location: 100% Remote

Compensation Package:

The salary range for this role is $95,000-$140,000 plus equity. We also offer comprehensive healthcare benefits and a 401k program.

About the Role:

We’re seeking a talented Mid-Level Full-Stack Engineer to join our remote team, building robust and scalable web applications. You’ll work collaboratively with other engineers to implement features across the entire stack.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement new features across the stack

• Develop and maintain our web applications using modern frameworks

• Contribute to improving our application scalability and performance

• Write clean, maintainable code and assist with code reviews

• Implement and maintain RESTful APIs and database schemas

• Troubleshoot and fix bugs to ensure application stability

Preferred Experience:

• 2-4 years of software engineering experience with full-stack development focus

• Experience building web applications in an agile environment

• Working knowledge of both frontend (React, JavaScript/TypeScript) and backend (Node.js, Python, or Go)

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern web frameworks

• Basic understanding of both SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases

• Experience with version control systems and continuous integration

• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
