The role of Office Administrator involves working in an open plan office providing Administrative support to our Operations Manager, Production Planner and Store Manager.
The role allows the opportunity to learn and develop a career in production planning.
Tasks include:
Printing labels and production work instructions for relevant Departments.
Updating Production System with relevant job status.
Generating Purchase Orders and updating stocks movements Accounts System.
Filing and retrieving material technical data sheets as required.
Assisting Purchasing Accounts Administrator as required.
Requirement
Proficient in the use of a Microsoft windows PC and applications like Excel and Word.
Keen attention for detail and accuracy.
General Administration Duties.
