Responsibilities:

· Reports to Corporate Regional Supplier Quality Manager

· Diversity reporting

· Conflict Minerals reporting (TMD LLC)

· Weekly SCM Updates

· Monthly SCM KPIs

· Critical Vendor List

· Collect CQIs from suppliers

· Track supplier assessment list (audits, visits, etc.)

· Track auditor certification expiration (VDA, etc.)

· Misc. projects/office tasks – proofreading, researching, printing

· Various customer/Supplier Surveys

· Purchasing support (JBA, purchase order etc.)

· Supplier Quality Procedures/WI doc. Controller

· ASTRAS/SAP Systems

· Data Collection

· I-Point

· IMDS (MDS) Database

· JBA/BRS Systems

Qualifications:

Knowledge of Conflict Mineral Reporting (I have been reporting for 7 years)

Knowledge of quality systems, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 17025 and ISO, CCC, and related standards.

Knowledge of CQIs

Bachelor’s Degree with 5-7 years’ experience in the automotive industry.

Proficient oral and written communication skills, Microsoft Office applications-Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
