Qualifications and Education:

• High school graduate
• Minimum of two years related work experience or training
• Experience in maintaining webpages preferred

Responsibilities – Essential Functions:

• Provides clerical support for a department/office.
• Performs receptionist duties such as answering the telephone and taking messages.
• Oversees routing of vendor invoices for timely payment.
• Maintains records of expenditures and reports.
• Schedule meetings.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Salary: $16/hour, 25 Hours per week
