Job Description

Summary:
Our Account Managers develop a partnership with a distributor for Granit Design USA. They inform, support, and advise through the various projects and products. They play a proactive role in problem solving and offer recommendations. They will also Identify business opportunities with the assigned account and ensure its growth.

Job Function:

• Validate, suggest, and advise the distributors in the submission process, either at the monetary level (added values) or technical (manufacturing – feasibility).
• Provide additional information on the products (Quartzite, marble, etc.) and programs offered to distributors.
• Support the distributor and his customer in a change of color due to a shortage of stock / discontinuity.
• Integration of the order into the management system.
• Send weekly summary report and modify dates.
• Make the measurement call communications.
• Manage service calls for a completed project.
• Coordinate with the representative the different showroom projects – “display”.
• Make sure to adopt safe behaviors in the performance of work, to respect the OHS regulations, work procedures and regulations in force to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service skills (3 to 5 years).
• Positive attitude with the mindset to finish what you started.
• High school diploma
• Proficient in office software Word, Excel
• Strong communication skills in English verbal and written.
• Pass a background test.
