We are a growing marketing company focused on SOCIAL MEDIA for Real Estate, looking for an Administrative Assistant.
You will be responsible to assist with general administrative tasks such as scheduling, taking notes during meetings, communicating with clients through calls, email, texting, etc. Great communication skills required and experience with Notion an asset.
The principal objective for the Administrative Assistant is to act as a bridge between the team and both existing and onboarding clients. In other words, this person is responsible for the first impressions of GrayMedia. As such, this position requires that the candidate is very friendly, confident and organized. A great first impression is the basic fundamental to a great Admissions process.
