The Role

Your fit within the role will depend on your proven experience as an Administrative Assistant with key responsibilities including:

• – Sort/match/post daily tickets in QB
• – Add all new jobs/employees in LMN time software
• – Invoicing – all customers/jobs
• – Collections
• – Enter bids/tenders – pull all docs
• – Project pricing/orders
• – Monthly leasing tracking
• – Vehicle/equipment management
• – Add jobs/customers/estimates in QB
• – Manage CRM – update info
• – HR – new employee/employee files
• – Submit tenders
• – Benefits Admin – handle all enrollment/changes
• – Manage insurance certs
• – ISN/Contractor Check Management
• – Receive invoice – determine job – review
• – Manage email groups

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
