Our Requirements
 

• Degree holder (Bachelor in Marketing preferred) and have around 5-7 years of relevant experience in marketing and customer cross sell.  Experience in the Insurance industry or other financial institutions is an added advantage.
• Possess sharp business acumen, strong analytical, good decision making and problem solving skills.
• Is driven and results oriented, takes initiative, and has a strong ability to multi-task.
• Has good communications (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a diverse environment with cross-functional teams and be a good team player.
• Able to plan, organise, execute campaigns meticulously and measure performance.
• Possess a good understanding of customer segments and experience and has the ability to develop strategic partnerships.
• Has strong project management skills and is able to think and work independently under a stressful environment.
• Able to work with people across all levels including senior stakeholders.

• High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
• Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
