Great Lakes Home Remodeling Hiring for Office Administrator at Waterville, OH Full Time

We are seeking an amazing, self-managed Lead Office Administrator who will ensure the entire team from installation to sales enjoys complete support to work efficiently and without stress.

The ideal admin will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. Our lead office administrator will ensure the smooth running of our home improvement fast pace office while contributing to driving the team to sustainable growth. The tasks of the office administrator will include scheduling jobs, sales appointments, managing customer needs, filing paperwork, and light payroll/bookkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company needs
• Support installation and sales team and managers
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Support light payroll and bookkeeping needs
• Create and update records and databases with customer job information in company CRM program
• Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
• Assist team whenever necessary

Skills

• Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
• Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
• High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
