What you will be doing
As an Online Customer Service Representative, you will be assisting customer all over New Zealand with queries they may have regarding their online orders. The products you will be working with are Natural health supplements, skincare and beauty products. A prior knowledge of retail and or operational understanding is desirable, however you will be given full training in the fulfilment process.
This is a permanent full time role, rostered 40 hours across 5 days per week.
What we are looking for
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Prior experience working in administration, is a bonus!
- Must be flexible with working hours, some weekend work required
- Knowledge of natural health products, skincare and makeup products
- Physically fit as this is a fast-paced operation
- Excellent communication skills and a high standard of grooming
- Understanding of the fulfilment process preferred but not mandatory
