Busy business owner & author seeks Administrative assistant to help with day-to day tasks, proofread work, and create social media content.
This job is freelance and remote expected to achieve 3-5 hours of work per day M-F, schedule can be flexible but as this is a collaborative role ideal hours are 12-5 EST.
Primary job duty is to assist with authors work by proof reading, providing feedback on novel development, update authors website, and create social media content for authors accounts.
Secondary goal is to assist with authors day to day primary business duties to further free author to write. Typical duties would be reading/reply to emails, fielding requests from employees, communitication with employees or clients, assisting with scheduling, creating social media content for authors primary business, plus whatever else the world may present on any given day 😉
The ideal candidate will be an avid reader that also watches movie & Tv. If you do not have good understanding of Jane Austen or the Bridgeton’s this is not a good fit for you. -Whomever accepts this role needs to enjoy what they do and be interested in the social media content they will be creating.
-Prior design or social media experience is preferred but a good eye for design is truly what is needed.
-An advanced understanding or the English language & grammar is crucial.
