Greenwood Dental Arts Hiring for Front Office Coordinator at Englewood, CO Full Time

Our dental office is looking for an exceptional individual to welcome each patient that walks through the doors! If you can handle multiple phone lines, learn computer software quickly, and have stellar customer service, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

· Manage incoming communications (phones, email, fax, etc.)

· Greet patients upon arrival and notify the team

· Manage the appointment schedule for multiple dentists and hygienists

· Maintain patient files

· Collect and process payments

· Remain HIPPA compliant

· Thorough communication with referring doctors’ offices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $32.00 per hour
