Job Description:
The role of the BC Regional Logistics Coordinator is to coordinate logistics, receiving and administration of inbound inventory. The BC Regional Logistics Coordinator is responsible for maintaining inbound paperwork, accurate computer data and ensuring inbound logistics issues are addressed in a timely manner. This is a full-time, salaried position working Monday – Friday; 8:00 am – 4:30pm.

Duties:
Coordinate inbound logistics for domestic and foreign purchases.

Purchase order entry/issue and order confirmation review

Purchase order tracking and updating

Inventory Counts and Reviews

Inventory Receiving

Develop and foster strong customer and supplier relationships

Support and follow corporate directives, goals and objectives

Requirements:
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel

Accuracy and attention to details are extremely important

Strong analytical, time management and organizational skills

Self motivated and Customer Service driven

Strong communication skills (oral and written)

Preferable:
Post secondary education in the field of procurement, operations management or business administration
