This position reports to the Human Resources (HR) director and interfaces with Organisation managers and HR staff. Specific Responsibilities

Individual to be involved in:
1.Trainee will be able to consolidate the require spare vehicle parts based on inventory & compiling and making orders for said parts

2.Trainee will be able to coordinate & compare the workshop needs for car repairs & maintanence (paint work, maintenance, repairs)

3.Trainee will be able managing existing dispatch and operations personnel such Car Groomer & Cleaners

4. Trainee will be able to handle day to day operations and aid in physical submission of important company documents and payment

5. Trainee will be able to in the shift of vehicles and sending vehicles to multiple locations (repair, checking petrol level and pump petrol)

6.Trainee will be able to handle a new sales process, as well as following up existing clientele base for recurring sales.
