About the Role
Grio is looking for a fully remote, full-time, Visual/UI designer with well-rounded skills to execute all phases of design. Our Visual/UI Designers work on multiple projects that support our various clients. During the course of each project, there will be opportunities to collaborate with other teams at Grio and to hone your skills and deepen your experience as a designer. About You
You ideally have previous experience working with clients or in a design agency, can work independently and autonomously, as well as collaboratively, within a team environment, pivot easily and run in a different direction when needed, and can receive constructive feedback without losing momentum. We are seeking someone with the ability to design throughout an entire project lifecycle, from planning and discovery, research, conceptual designs, detailed visual design and asset handoff . You should have strong experience designing for mobile platforms (iOS and Android) and excellent visual design skills, attention to detail, and demonstrated mastery of typography, color, and layout.
