Job Purpose:
The Operations Administrative Support role reports to the Administrative Services Manager and is a key part of the GRM delivery model. This role is the primary support for the Operations department and manages all aspects of the work order management system including quotes, associate contractor communications, contract administration and work order management. The Operations Administrative Support position plays a large role in meeting established KPIs and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
