What you would do in this role:

• Learn the basics of managing full store operations
• Focus on best practices and strategies for the following areas of operation:
• Staffing, staffing challenges, training, and retention
• Ordering
• Marketing
• Merchandising
• Inventory management
• financial management
• Build relationships with local store operators
• Coordinate and attend events for Grocery Outlet

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Easton, PA 18045: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Retail management: 4 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
