Appointment Center Specialists utilize customer service skills not to de-escalate, but to create a positive first impression and emphasize everything Groundworks has to offer.

You will be the first point of contact with potential customers and responsible for creating a positive first impression for our brands.

You will answer calls in a fast-paced call center environment, as well as input customer data and schedule free, no obligation inspections using company software. You will also make warm outbound calls (no cold calling!) to interested homeowners to increase their total appointments scheduled each day.

We offer base pay + bonus for every appointment scheduled.

Average potential earnings for this opportunity is $20-25 an hour, however, earnings are unlimited based on performance!

This is an in-office position at our Virginia Beach, VA headquarters.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and make warm outbound calls using an automated dialer. All calls are warm, no cold calling!
• Must be positive and motivated with excellent communications skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes in work strategy
• Schedule advertised free inspection and estimate appointments
• Guide incoming prospective clients to meet with our Certified Field Inspectors
• Maintain customer information
• All other duties as necessary

• Good phone skills and a competitive nature
• Must be comfortable using computers
• Must be able to work every other weekend
