Grove Heating and Cooling, Inc. is a local, family owned, HVAC company specializing in designing, engineering and installing complete comfort systems for homeowners and commercial property owners. We take special pride in the craftsmen we train and employ and we are looking to add a full time receptionist to our team! The ideal candidate is interested in a long term opportunity with an enjoyable working atmosphere. No experience necessary, training will be provided.

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greeting and Assisting Customers
• Phone Management and Coordination
• Scheduling Appointments
• Filing Customer Records
• Office Organization and Inventory
• Incoming and Outbound Mail
• Package Delivery Handling
• Processing Payments from Customers
• Administrative Support to all Staff

Qualifications and Skills

While no experience is necessary, the ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Ability to Multitask & Coordinate Projects in a Fast Paced Environment
• Strong Verbal & Written Communication Skills
• Professional Demeanor & Appearance
• Reliable Transportation
