Growth Science Nutrients, Inc. Hiring for Bookkeeper at Remote Full Time

Growth Science is looking for a part time remote bookkeeper. Our ideal candidate is someone that is well organized, experienced, has a keen attention to detail, and is good at creating systems and protocols that make the office/company more efficient.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years bookkeeping experience.
• Very fluent with Quick Books.
• Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and has the skills necessary to help the organization develop into a more professionally managed company
• Strong sense of job ownership coupled with a solid team orientation
• Great computer skills.

Bookkeeping duties

• Accounts Payable. Keep track of all incoming bills, appropriately logging them, and paying vendors on scheduled dates.
• Accounts receivable. Reach out to any customers who have a past due invoice.
• Maintain weekly cash flow tool.
• Run payroll twice a month.
• Maintain and file all state sales tax reporting and make sure that all aspects of colleting the correct sales tax amounts are met and maintained.
• Maintain and organize company’s Quickbook records.
• Run monthly QuickBooks reconcilements.
• Establish appropriate internal financial controls throughout the company and work with management and employees to ensure they are being followed
• Maintain good communication with the company president via phone, email, and zoom, to give status reports, and answer questions.
• Maintain the bookkeeping email and respond promptly to incoming messages.
• Work directly with controller and CPA on all income tax reporting.
• Maintain bookkeeping records in company’s drop box account.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
