Your Responsibilities:

This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are

• Lead the commercial product 4ps: develop customer insights, brand positioning, key messages, pricing, commercial strategy, and resource allocation.
• With the brand team develop customer insights (patients, physicians and channels)
• Responsible for brand development in accordance with GSK marketing excellence process.
• Responsible for optimization activities: deep dives, course correction workshops, performance reviews, etc.
• Responsible for ensuring patient, physician and channel unmet needs and insights from field are incorporated into the Business Plan.
• Development strategy to ensure commercial success across all marketing mix.
• Responsible for commercial planning, lifecycle management, BD opportunities into Rx portfolio, long-range forecast and correct resource allocation

Our area characterize you will lead the strategic planning and execution of integrated omnichannel campaigns for promoted CEP products across Mexico.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in pharmaceutical industry
• Strong track record and experience in commercial roles with demonstrated success in leading projects to successful outcomes.
• Advanced understanding and experience of the commercial trade channel, particularly Rx portfolio.
• Experience in market analysis and demonstrated ability to leverage data toward optimal decision-making
• Experience with CEP Brands
