GtTech (Grupo Technology) Hiring for Call Center Representative at Remote Full Time

Our company is in search of a talented employee who would agree to work as a Customer Service Call-Center Representative for us.

The basic tasks would be the following:

• Taking customer calls and providing accurate answers to their concerns
• De-escalation of the situations involving dissatisfied customers
• Informing clients about the company’s new products, services and policies
• Training of our new employees

We are expecting that our future co-worker would know how to communicate with people (strong written and verbal skills) and keep a patient and empathetic attitude. Besides, one should have time management and organizational skills, adaptability and flexibility, and in-depth knowledge of a company’s products and services.

You`ll be working under conditions that we mentioned below:

• working with a permanent contract (which is renewable)
