We are seeking a friendly, skilled, and dynamic professional to join our Front Office team at our successful and State of the Art private dental office in Littleton. We have a fantastic/stable practice, with amazing Google reviews and wonderful clientele, and are looking for the right person to round out our tight-knit team.

Requirements include:

– 2 + years of experience in Dental Front Office work and insurance billing

– Solid/practical knowledge of all aspects of the front and back office of a dental practice

– The ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with our team members, patients, and insurance providers as well as basic computer competency

Primary duties include: Insurance billing, coordinating insurance benefits, collections, treatment planning, greeting and scheduling patients, and answering phone calls.

Our office is open 8am-5pm Monday-Thursday and we enjoy three day weekends all year round. We also offer paid time off, paid holidays, a Simple IRA retirement plan (with a generous employer match), and a great in-office dental plan.
