Responsibilities
The Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Configuration Specialist will work with project teams and client stakeholders to implement solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud configurations.ds on functional experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR) roll and across the major Oracle HCM Cloud processes integrating with payroll, benefits and absence management. This will include, but is not limited to, workshop facilitation, deliverable generation, application configuration, comprehensive testing to achieve successful testing, business process best practice advice, deployment planning, deployment execution, and post go-live support. Configure HCM tables and business rules.
Qualifications
The following qualifications are REQUIRED to be considered for this role:
Human Resources business process knowledge
Oracle HCM Cloud configuration experience
Experience with Payroll testing
Strong functional experience
HCM Cloud Functional Designer or Functional Architect
The following qualifications are PREFERRED for this role:
Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Mgmt, Payroll and Benefits modules
SOA integration
Oracle HCM Cloud data conversion (HDLs, Spreadsheet Loaders)
Fast Formulas
DoD experience
Additional Requirements

Candidates from Eastern Standard Time, Central Standard Time, and Pacific Standard Time Zones as well as candidates from Arizona, New Mexico and Utah will be considered for this position.
