Responsibilities

The Research Coordinator position is part of the Shared Services team. This position is responsible for assisting the Cash Posting area in researching items to accelerate the posting of difficult items. All client policies and procedures are followed. This position will perform any and all job related duties as assigned.

• Complete all business related requests from patients and insurance companies

• Assist supervisor and team leads with research needed to resolve posting issues

• Complete all assigned projects in a timely manner

• Communicate any areas of concern or improvement

• Other Tasks that Leadership desires

  Client Responsibility:

• Assist the Supervisor with all items related to MSO Transplant posting

• Daily work Unapplied accounts both MSO and Hospital

• Run Queries to assist Leadership in making decisions

• Assist both MSO and Hospital Supervisors with audits

Qualifications

Required:

• Education: High School Degree

• Healthcare Billing/Collecting Experience (2 years)

  Preferred:

• Microsoft Office Experience

• Database Experience

• A/R systems Experience
