Responsibilities
This position is a non-billable, full time business development position in Guidehouse State and Local Government. The person in this role is focused on sourcing, developing, and closing Workday services deals with the Guidehouse Advanced Solutions – Workday practice.
Qualifications
Job Description/Responsibilities:
Prospects for new clients in states, large cities, and large counties
Develops and maintains relationships with Workday sales reps
Understands Guidehouse service offerings in other areas (non-Workday) for benefit of existing clients and prospects
Captures information on competitive situation in ERP replacement situations
Attends conferences and marketing events relevant to optimization and automation of backoffice (FINS and HCM) in state and local government
Liaises with Guidehouse Advanced Solutions – Workday
Required:
5 years solution sales in state and local government
3 years Workday services sales in state and local government
Knowledge of Workday partner ecosystem and knowledge of Workday software offerings
Ability to travel
Preferred:
Ability to lead Workday product demonstrations
Ability to write sections of RFP responses and proposals
Additional Requirements
