Occupation

Clinic Assistant (Full Time / Part Time)

Responsibilities

• Manage the centre daily operation such as patient registration, patient appointment, retrieve or create patient’s folder and payment, billing, maintain hygiene standards, as well as answering phone calls and queries
• Assist and work with TCM physician to provide best care to patients
• Attend to required services and sales of products and services
• Consult with customers on treatment courses
• Provide excellent services to customers
• Achieve sales target and KPI
• Any ad hoc duties assigned and work well in a team

Requirements

• Bilingual (English & Mandarin)
• Excellent oral and written skills
• Good interpersonal and analytical skills
• Well-groomed, hygienic and presentable at all times
• Customer service / patient service oriented
• Ability to multitask and work independently as well as working in a team
• Well-developed organisational skills
• Attention to detail

Remuneration and position will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. To be discussed during the interview.
