Who we are

We are a group of registered dietitians in a joint venture with fitness professionals at 9 gym locations in 3 states operating remotely. We create a health network to provide holistic health and accountability to help clients achieve weight loss results and behavior change experiences for our clients.

What we’re doing

We are on the brink of a health boom as our society emerges from the COVID-19 pandemic. Americans have been forced to face their health as an essential part of their lives. We are creating a breakthrough preventative health system that will place dietitians in 9 gyms across 3 states using health insurance to capture clients looking to change their lives through nutrition education and behavior change programs. We are providing nutrition education that is backed by science and provides proven results. We conduct 1 on 1 sessions to provide individualized nutrition education and medical nutrition therapy and facilitate group nutrition meetings and corporate wellness events. This is a revolutionary process to provide clients with a holistic health experience.

Key Responsibilities of the Position:

• Be a leader. Be a champion of our company culture, hold the team to high standards of sales and service, and lead by example.

• Perform posting charges

• Perform completion of claims to payers

• Conduct duties in a professional and timely fashion

• Submit billing data to appropriate insurance providers

• Process claims

• Resolve denial instances

• Review dietitian charting records to ensure standards and compliance are being met and maintained.

Education, Experience, Skill

• Effective communication abilities for phone contacts with insurance payers to resolve issues.

• Collaborate well with others

• Ability to multitask

• Knowledge of insurance guidelines including HMO/PPO, Medicare, Medicaid, and other payer requirements and systems.

• Maintaining client confidentiality as per the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).

• Ability to work well in a team environment. Being able to triage priorities, delegate tasks if needed, and handle conflict in a reasonable fashion.

• A minimum of one to three years of experience in a medical office setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
