H.C.A.S., Incorporated Hiring for Bilingual Call Center Agent at Remote Full Time

We are looking for reliable Remote Call Center Agents that will be the helpful representative between our company and current client’s customers. The successful candidate will be able to receive and process calls in an effective, professional and timely manner; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Responsibilities:
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
Schedule, confirm and reschedule patient appointments
Obtain, enter and update all patient information in the patient’s electronic records to main accuracy for scheduling purposes.

Skills / Schedule Requirements:
Previous Call Center Experience / Heavy Call Volume
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Computer Literate and must be able to type 35-40wpm
Responsible self starter who requires minimal supervision
One [8] hour weekend shift every Saturday or Sunday [with one day off during the week]
BILINGUAL A MUST!

PC: must be Windows 10 Home or Pro with standard keyboard/mouse
Laptop: must be Windows 10 Home or Pro with standard keyboard/mouse
_System is NOT compatible with any Laptop keyboard and mouse pad,
must have standard one that plugs in
System is NOT compatible with Netbook, Chromebook or Apple computer _
Intel Pentium Processor – System not compatible with Celeron or Aton Processors
8 gig RAM minimum required
Anti-virus with firewall
Fast Internet speed
Must have ability to hard wire into internet modem with ethernet cord
[NO WIFI ALLOWED]
Phone: working landline or cell phone
Headset: hands free & noise free canceling headset microphone that eliminates background sounds like dogs barking or people talking

Shifts available: Eastern Time
NIGHT SHIFT: 115pm-915pm, 130pm-930pm, 145pm-945pm, 215pm-1015pm,
230pm-1030pm, 245pm-1045pm

Job Type: Full-time
