H.C.A.S., Incorporated Hiring for Call Center Agent at Remote Full Time

We are looking for a Remote Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and current clients customers. The successful candidate will be able to receive and process calls in an effective, professional and timely manner; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Shifts Available: All Eastern Standard Time NIGHT shift: 2pm-10pm, 215pm-1015pm, 230pm-1030pm, 245pm-1045pm, 3pm-11pm
Must Be Available on Saturday or Sunday night

MUST RESIDE IN: California, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, Nevada, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
• Schedule, confirm and reschedule patient appointments
• Obtain, enter and update all patient information in the patient’s electronic records to main accuracy for scheduling purposes.

Skills / Schedule Requirements

• Previous Call Center Experience / Heavy Call Volume
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Computer Literate and must be able to type 35p-40wpm
• Responsible self starter who requires minimal supervision
• One [8] hour weekend shift every Saturday or Sunday

[with one day off during the week]

Computer / Hardware Requirements:

• Computer / Laptop: must be Windows 10 compatible w/ standard keyboard/mouse [system is not compatible with Netbook, Chromebook or Apple computer]
• Hardcore processor 3 or 5 [system not compatible with Pentium, Celeron or Aton]
• 8 gig Ram required
• Anti-virus with firewall
• Fast Internet speed and must have ability to hard wire into internet modem

[NO WIFI ALLOWED]

• Working landline or cell phone with noise free canceling headset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
