H.W. Kaufman Group Looking for IT Developer Internship at Farmington Hills, MI Full Time

We are looking for IT focused students wanting to follow a career path in IT Development. You will be working alongside a team of developers. Having the opportunity to learn .NET and/or Salesforce Apex .

• Creating new applications or updating existing applications based on user requirements
• Participating in peer code reviews to improve the quality of code written by other team members
• Communicating with team members about task status and issues that arise
• Creating prototypes of new technologies and features for potential incorporation into future products
• Debugging code to fix errors and improve performance

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate at an accredited university with an emphasis in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Science. Must be Junior or Senior standing.
• Maintains strong academic success (minimum overall GPA of 3.40)
• Experience in scripting would be a plus.
• Action orientated and successful at prioritizing multiple tasks
• Professional demeanor with superior communication and presentation skills
• Able to work independently and in a team environment, with a high degree of initiative, poise, and confidentiality
• Intellectually curious
