About the Role

Our busy dispatch office manages the busy workload for both our Allied Concrete Ltd and Ashby’s READY Mixed concrete brands. We are seeking a new team member to take forward orders, confirm orders, deal with orders of the day and respond to customer queries. This is a dynamic, fast-paced work environment in a busy, open-plan office.

About You

The majority of your time will be spent talking to our customers over the phone and responding to their emails so you must be someone who enjoys this aspect of the role. This is a full-time Monday to Friday position, with your start time falling somewhere between 7 am and 8 am and finishing at approximately 5 pm.

Skills and experience required:

• Strong customer service focus, both internal and external;
• Computer literate;
• Excellent telephone manner;
• Accuracy, with attention to detail;
• Good problem-solving skills;
• A pro-active forward thinker who can show initiative;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• The ability to remain calm when the pressure is on; and
• A great team player.
