Habit Health Looking for Clinic Administrator at Otara, Auckland, New Zealand Full Time

Our Ōtara branch is seeking an experienced Administrator to coordinate administration tasks for a regional hub of our clinic network. The role will based at the Watford Street Clinic and is full-time, working Monday to Friday.

This role offers growth, development and opportunities to excel all the while promoting a flexible work/ life arrangement.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage clinician diary for efficient scheduling
• Liaise with ACC to invoice, register claims and reconcile payments
• Process client payments and maintain banking records
• Manage debtor control

The Ideal Candidate

• Warm and approachable – a friendly manner is key!
• Previous experience in a customer facing / admin role, preferably in healthcare
• Sound skills using Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills – you will be meeting new and varied people every day!
