Habit Health Looking for Rehab Coach at East Tamaki, Auckland, New Zealand Full Time
Habit Health is a nationwide healthcare provider, specialising in the rehabilitation space. We enable people to live their best lives and empower our teams to realise their full potential. Based in East Tamaki but working across the whole of Auckland, we are looking for an enthusiast Rehab Coach with good communication shills (verbal and written), who will build a rapport with our clients and family members to regain their autonomy and participation across the demands of everyday life. Because this role covers a wide region the successful candidate must have a driving licence and be comfortable with daily driving to visit clients. A pool car is available for use. This is initially a part-time role (3-4 days/week) with the potential to increase to full-time hours as the service requires. Previous experience an advantage. Programmes prescribed by the clinical team but must be able to show good initiative and the ability to work alone and also as part of a team.
Main Responsibilities
- Work with our therapists to execute TI plans
- Link the client to community resources / support
- Utilise diary management software and guides
- Ensure client queries are communicated to the leading therapist

The Ideal Candidate
- Maintain relevant board registration / APC where required
- Ability to effectively manage your time and caseload
- Full NZ Driver’s license for community rehabilitation
- Excellent communication skills – you will be meeting new and varied people every day!
