Receptionist/Office Assistant to offer reception services and office support in accordance with Gwinnett Habitat’s mission and standard of excellence. Qualified applicants need 2 years of office, receptionist, or non-profit experience. Primary responsibilities include answering incoming calls, assisting office visitors, providing staff support services, and performing administrative and clerical duties while staffing the reception desk/area. Other duties include data entry, processing mass mailings, coordinating office use, maintaining equipment/supplies, managing vendor orders, and providing administrative support for various departments. The Receptionist/Office Assistant works under moderate supervision. Must be computer literate in MS Word/Excel and have effective communication and interpersonal skills. Desire to serve others is necessary.
