Prepare the estimation of quantities required and costing from construction drawings

Take off & prepare BOQ OF PLUMBING,SANITARY, DRAINAGE, AND GAS

Attend progress claim meetings

Prepare variation orders and assist to handle variation orders

Assist to prepare monthly progress claims

Liaise with the main contractor, developers, project team, and suppliers & subcontractors for Progress claim matters.

Read, understand and interpret contractual terms & tender/construction drawings

Able to analyze and compare quotations
