Our Client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to provide best-practice desktop and application support across the business. In the role, you will be providing first and second-level support, providing technical support and documentation with minimal escalations and identifying and diagnosing system incidents. You will be a clear communicator, with strong listening skills and be calm under pressure.
